Exterior Inspections - Schedule Board How To

In general, EI will 'schedule' a work order in CRM and then 'DISPATCH' it to an inspector.

Schedule - to EI this means they create a work order in CRM with a TIME To PROMISED date and time.  This will now be visible on the SCHEDULE BOARD.  

  1.  Then go to Schedule board
  2. Choose which board you want to be on
  3. Drag desired work order from list below, up to desired resource.  This will assign that work order to that inspector.
  • Every morning 5 am - the CRM system checks for any assigned work orders for that day and will update status to 'DISPATCHED'
  • For same day assignments, EI end user will manualy mark thte status to 'Dispatched'

 

Automation

-Once a work order(really the Bookable Resource Booking record) is marked dispatched - this will trigger automation to send the work order to Fast Field.  Fast field then notifies inspector.

-Once inspection completed in Fast Field - the inspection comes back to CRM and the work order gets marked completed 

-Once Completed - if resource is not in training, then it will send via email the completed inspection report to the work order superintentent contact
